My Approach
Two fundamental questions guide my work:
- How do we live an authentic life?
- How do we make meaning out of suffering?
My therapeutic approach is rooted in existential, narrative, and humanistic frameworks. I believe that healing and change emerge through meaning-making, insight, and the integration of lived experience. I bring curiosity, presence, and deep respect to each session. Therapy is a collaborative partnership—your lived experience is central, and my role is to support your process with care, intention, and professionalism.
